Early January 2006 I had a training in Hongkong. The city was accessible. From international airport, to a free bus heading to the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui. Again at that time I was overwhelmed on how this small nation can be so advanced and accessible. It can accomodate large number of people when HK is hosting a huge event. The octopus card was dang sweet, and train promptly comes in short regular intervals of time. It's as if you don't nearly have to worry about coming to school or office on time, if the people are taxed very high and parents afford to send their kids to top schools then that must mean the government is reliable enough to support them and giving back their taxed services. I don't know if the luggage express still exists in Central Terminal, where you can checkin your luggage early at the Central Terminal, and that will take care of your luggage in the airport which means you can still enjoy your last minutes in HK. Ain't that conveniently sweet?
