The late 90's eluded me with the chance to watch Metallica. What can a 'child' do at that point but to do his homework, listen to thrash music, learn the impossible down-picking riffs of Papa Het. It was a 'childish' idolizing behavior of a kid wanting to watch Metallica, one of the big four...if not arguably the greatest rock band of all time. But the dream did not fade away, eventually that 'childish' dream materialized. It was my first time exploring the sights in Singapore but I did not come for theme parks and ferris wheels...to me those were 'childish'.
